New F-100 Survivors’ Guide
I would like to point out this month the availability of the New F-100 Survivors’ Guide from National. The updated F-100 is now called “Be Prepared for Life’s Events”.
The updated Guide is designed especially for Federal employees and retirees; the new version helps organize more personal and financial information in one location. It also contains information on death and survivor benefits and the Agencies to contact in case of the death of a Federal employee, retiree or annuitant.
A benefit of membership, the publication is for members only. It is available electronically on the NARFE Web site, www.narfe.org (go to Downloadable Forms on the Members Home Page).
You will have two choices, one is to simply click on Downloadable and the Guide itself will be downloaded to your computer and the other is to: download a Fillable F-100. This will save the Guide and forms to your computer. Then you can fill out the forms electronically, and then print it out when you are finished. You don't have to complete the form all at once; you can "save" and return to the forms at a later time.
